Irish Red Ale
This recipe is just a good drinking, middle of the road beer. It is very mildly hopped and leans toward the malt sweetness. You can add one full oz of Perle hops to balance it more if you want. The Melanoidin malt gives this beer a beautiful red color. It will have you going back for more!

¾ oz Perle Hops (bittering) - 1 hour (6 – 7 HBU)
½ oz Tettnang Hops (finishing) last 3 minutes
